Big Hearts Walk 2011
World Heart Day is the biggest countryside walking day of the year. The Irish Heart Foundation is urging communities to take part in organised walks and try to raise €1 per kilometre walked or alternatively donate €5 to go towards their special heart attack appeal fund to help raise awareness of symptoms of heart attack.
