Tá léarscáil d’Árainn Mhór do thurasóirí coimisiúnaithe ag an chomharchumann. Tá siúlóidí agus aiseanna an oileáin luaite air agus tá an léarscáil ar fáil go háitiúil agus cuirfear é ar fáil saor in aisce.
An comharchumann has commissioned a map for visitors to Árainn Mhór which features the walking routes and the island facilities. The map is available locally and is free of charge.

Tá an comharchumann i mbun togra a chur an Comhairle Chontae tús leis roinnt blianta ó shin ach nár cuireadh chun críoch é. Togra siúlóide dar teidil “ Ag siúl i dTír Chonaill” atá i gceist ina bhfuil 6 seastáin le pictiúir & eolas faoin oileán orthu curtha in airde timpeall siúlóidí an oileáin. Cuireadh na seastán in airde tamall siar ó shin agus faoi láthair, tá lucht dearaidh i mbun deartha ar na painéil eolais.
An Comharchumann in the process of completing a project which was initiated by Donegal County Council a number of years ago but was never completed. The project entitled ‘ Walking in Donegal’ consists of 6 information stands illustrating pictures, facts and history about the island which will be placed at various places of interest along the island's walking routes.
The stands have been in place for some time and the panels are in the process of being designed by the designers.

We recently conducted consumer research on the experience of visitors to the islands and the perception of an island holiday by those who have not visited the islands.
We would like to share this research with you and get your feedback as to how best we can work together to further develop and promote the tourism potential of the islands going forward.
A guest speaker will share practical insights as to how you can add value to the experience you offer your visitors. The workshop is also an opportunity to meet with other islanders and some mainland providers and build up your contacts.
We will also discuss the various training supports which are available to you from Fáilte Ireland, including an e-business seminar taking place at the end of March. This is designed specificially for the islands industry and you will have the opportunity to sign up for this at the workshop on the 4th.
